What does this service entail?
Co-ordination of all particulars and reports using my established technical contacts to ensure your application is quickly validated by the council, so that the statutory timeframe clock for decision taking starts ticking as soon as it can. Tracking comments on your application and advising if response necessary. Negotiation of matters involving a planning legal agreement/obligation, if required, although you will also need to involve a solicitor to liaise with the council’s planning solicitor. Appearing on your behalf at council planning meetings to talk to elected Members and explain why your proposals should be supported, rebutting the comments of anyone speaking against your scheme.
