What does this service entail?
Sometimes ACHIEVE is called upon by other who have made applications for their clients, but who have ran into concerns expressed by the local planning authority.

Sometimes though, analysis of context, policy and guidance wordings and finding similar examples in the immediate area which have been supported are all ways to convince a local planning authority that the client’s scheme should be supported or suggest modest adjustments to overcome concerns raised.
More often though, clients contact ACHIEVE for assistance in opposing development proposed by their neighbours. Again, successful analysis of context and policy can be prepared to maximise the chances of an unacceptable scheme being rejected, by identifying the critical material planning considerations and opposing a scheme in a concise, objective and non-emotive way.
