ACHIEVE was brought on board by one of its regular clients to apply under the prior approval process for the residential conversion of former Class B1(a) offices at 12-13 College Place (Southampton City Council reference 17/01134/PA56 [22.8.17].  23 flats were initially created, with some further development of an undercroft at a later stage (see later in these webpages) to make 2 others.
