What does this service entail?

Working methodically through any council stated reasons for refusal to prepare a case to demonstrate to the appointed Planning Inspector why the planning balance indicates your proposals are compliant with council policy. If there are any minor dis-benefits, demonstration of how these can be mitigated and why planning benefits should be afforded greater weight to enable the Inspector to allow the Appeal. Advice on what Appeal protocol to pursue, depending on the complexity of related evidence. As a RTPI Chartered Town Planner, I can appear as your dedicated planning witness to deliver and be questioned on my prepared evidence, if the Appeal be heard by way of a Public Inquiry. I can recommend Planning Solicitors or Barristers for you to appoint and instruct them on your behalf for such Inquiry cases.
