Contacted by Malcolm Stevens of Metroscape Ltd, a letter of support was written to secure officer support for the client’s proposed domestic extension.  Although the extension was not of identical design to a run of properties, it was subservient to the host dwelling and not harmful to the character of the area.

The case officer accepted these arguments and planning permission was granted.
