Working closely with Chris Flint Associates and through a painstaking pre-application discussion to ensure Officers would support an evolving design solution, better use of a backland site in a Conservation Area, to provide 5 houses under permission reference 15/00388/FULL.

The site was challenging, not only for its restricted vehicular access between fine, unlisted Edwardian properties, but also providing contemporary architecture in a Conservation Area and addressing numerous objector concerns, principally related to a live badger set immediately adjoining the site, when a deputation was made in support of the application to the council’s Regulatory Board that considered the case.
