23 Osborne Road, Southsea

A flood risk assessment, as part of a full planning and heritage statement, was prepared to successfully persuade the council to allow the conversion of a redundant retail premises to 2 flats. This also introduced flood resilience measures as part of reintroducing a decorative front boundary wall back to the property, enhancing the setting of the adjacent Conservation Area.  After some adjustments to the internal layout prepared by Chris Flint Associates, the council supported the scheme.
